Get a leg up on the competition by starting your training in September! Many wrestler's struggle to find mat time with limited opportunities in their hometown gyms. Summit provides both mat time and weight lifting to high school athletes in a supervised setting.
Each practice provides the wrestlers to work on their technique from each area: feet, top, and bottom while also providing live wrestling. Members will have access to our weight room and cardio equipment following each practice.
Duration: September 11 - October 25
Practices: Sundays & Tuesdays
Time: Sunday 4:45-6:30PM & Tuesday 6:30-8:15PM
7th-12th grades only. No exceptions.
